For a lot of people who said they are bugged, when you up to level 393 and you get 100% of exp and you don't up, you aren't bugged, it jump from 393 to 400, and the exp to up levels 393-400 start to gain it when in level 393 the exp is in 100%, so be patient and think that when you up you will be in 400. ^^

im sorry guyz but the truth is lvl 393 ISNT BUGGED -.- i was 393 to,and i killed few mobs and lvled up.. exp will be few millions than 0% and after these ppl will lvl up
